PLEASE NOTE:

Our online store and physical stores each manage our own stock and are separated entities. Because of this, Credit Notes, Gift Cards, Returns and Refunds must be processed at the store you purchased them from. Our online team cannot help you with any in store purchase issues.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Information:

  1. Items can be returned for an online Credit Note.
  2. We do not issue Refunds for return orders.
  3. We accept returns of full-priced items. Final sale items will not be accepted.
  4. We do not accept returns on Sale items. These are items in the Sale category, not items marked down from discount codes or on flash sales.

 Return times

  1. Returns to be shipped to K collection within 14 days of receiving your purchases.
  2. Returns can be sent to the below address and must include your return form. (Please download return form.) Your name, order number and garment details fill out correctly for less complication.

 Item  conditions

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. They must be free from stains and scents (ex. Make-up, fake tan, perfume), damaged soiled or altered in any way.
  2. We do not accept returns on earrings, cosmetics and undergarments (ex. underwear, swimwear…) for sanitary reasons.
  3. Shoes and Sunglasses must be returned in unworn, original condition.
  4. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the items as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
  5. Rejected garment/s can be sent back at customer expense.
  6. Please email customercare@kcollection.com.au if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

Returned  shipping  cost

  1. Returned shipping cost is customer’s expense. We will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage.
  2. The shipping cost charged by K collection is discounted rates. Therefore the cost of returning item may be higher. Returns can be shipped back using standard shipment. Express not required returns shipment times is not included in the 14 days.
  3. Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
  4. You can also drop off the item/s for return at any physical your preference K collection stores.

 Credit Note:

  1. All returned items will be issued a Credit Notes to our customer. Your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for your returns to be processed by our product team. ( Except Public holidays, Christmas break …)
  2. Credit Notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  3. Credit Notes can only be used online, not in offline store.
  4. Credit notes cannot be refunded.
  5. Credit notes can only be used via the form they were issued. This means online credit notes can only be used online, and in store issued credit notes can only be used in store.

 Faulty Item

 Please email us customercare@kcollection.com.au if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority and our friendly team will assist you as soon as possible.

Note: Lose threads are not deemed as faulty. If an item is deem faulty, will be sent out a replacement.

Exchange

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, please email to our team customercare@kcollection.com.au for an exchange. However, if the exchange item/s is not available will be issued you a Credit Notes. Returned shipping cost is customer’s expense.

Additional Infomation

  1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
  2. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer made during the checkout process, the order will be returned to K collection and may take up to 3 months to arrive.
  3. K collection reserves the right to charge the customer of re-shipping fee.
  4. Our items are photographed and professional lighting is used, so item/s colour may vary slightly though we aim to keep it as accurate as possible. Please refer to the product description, close up shot and video to see true colour, it may also look slightly different based on your display screen.
